Terms of Service

Language Success Institute provides digital tools designed to support language, communication and professional-performance development.

The Service may include:

• Language Identity assessments
• Language Identity Score™
• V.O.I.C.E. Profile™
• Power Leaks™ analysis
• Language Interventions™
• voice recording and transcription
• AI-supported communication analysis
• professional communication scenarios
• repeat-and-improve exercises
• progress measurement
• personalized practice recommendations
• related educational and digital content

Features may vary according to subscription plan.

The Service is a development and educational tool. It is not a psychological assessment, psychometric test, medical service, employment assessment, professional certification or guarantee of professional results.

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided speech, transcripts, responses and related information.

AI-generated scores, recommendations and analyses are intended to provide performance-development feedback based on observable communication patterns.

They should not be interpreted as objective measurements of personality, intelligence, professional competence, psychological condition, employability or personal worth.

AI systems can make mistakes. Users should exercise their own judgment when applying recommendations generated by the Service.

Users must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their account.

Individual subscriptions are intended for one person unless the applicable plan expressly provides otherwise.

Account sharing or automated attempts to circumvent usage limitations are prohibited.

Where offered, each eligible user may receive one free Language Identity Diagnostic per account.

The free diagnostic does not reset monthly.

Deleting recordings, transcripts, analyses, sessions or other content does not restore a previously consumed diagnostic or usage entitlement.

Language Success Institute offers recurring paid subscription plans.

Current plan features, allowances and prices are displayed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

Applicable taxes, where required, will be displayed or applied through the checkout/payment process.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes the payment provider to charge the applicable subscription price and taxes at each renewal until cancellation.

Customers may cancel at any time.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation does not retrospectively cancel the billing period already purchased.

Access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Subscription plans may include limits on AI analyses or other usage.

Current allowances are displayed on the pricing page and/or within the account.

Usage is recorded when a successful analysis is completed.

Deleting recordings, transcripts, sessions or analyses does not restore consumed usage.

Unused allowance does not roll over unless expressly stated otherwise.

Attempts to bypass limits through multiple accounts, automation, technical manipulation or other abuse may result in suspension or termination.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through Account → Billing or the available billing portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewal.

Paid access normally remains available until the end of the billing period already purchased.

Language Success Institute does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for:

• partially used subscription periods
• unused analyses
• periods of inactivity
• failure to use the Service
• cancellation after a billing period has started
• unused subscription benefits

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable law gives a consumer a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, that right remains available subject to the conditions, limitations and time periods imposed by applicable law.

Where the customer expressly requests immediate provision of the Service during a statutory withdrawal period, the consequences of beginning performance and any amount payable following withdrawal will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or waive a statutory consumer right where such right cannot legally be waived.

If a recurring payment fails, Language Success Institute may provide a 7-day grace period during which paid access remains available while the customer updates their payment method.

During the grace period, the Service may display a payment-recovery notice.

If payment is not recovered before the grace period expires, paid functionality may be suspended.

Account history will not automatically be deleted because of payment suspension.

Paid access may be restored following successful payment.

The Service may allow users to record or upload speech, text or other content for analysis.

Users retain their rights in original content they provide.

Users grant Language Success Institute the limited rights necessary to host, process, transcribe and analyze that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Language Success Institute does not acquire ownership of a user's original voice recording merely because the user submits it to the Service.

Processing of personal information, recordings and transcripts is further governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Service, methodology, branding, training structures, software presentation and original content are protected under applicable intellectual-property law.

The ™ symbol indicates a claimed proprietary/trading designation and does not imply registered-trademark status unless expressly stated.

A subscription does not transfer ownership of Language Success Institute intellectual property.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while access remains permitted.

Users may not:

• reproduce substantial proprietary content except for permitted personal use
• reverse-engineer or systematically extract the proprietary methodology
• resell access without authorization
• share individual accounts
• use automation to abuse usage allowances
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service
• attempt unauthorized access to another user's data
• use the Service unlawfully
• submit material they do not have a lawful right to process

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, third-party infrastructure, AI services, payment providers, technical failures and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Features may be improved, modified or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Communication and language development depend on many individual factors including practice, experience, context and application.

Language Success Institute does not guarantee promotions, employment, increased income, language proficiency, sales performance, leadership outcomes or any particular personal or professional result.

The Service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, payment processing, transcription, artificial intelligence, analytics or communication.

Third-party providers may process information where necessary to supply those functions, subject to applicable privacy and contractual requirements.

Language Success Institute may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• material breach of these Terms
• fraud
• unresolved payment failure
• security threats
• unlawful activity
• deliberate abuse of the Service or usage limitations

Where appropriate, reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue will be provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights relating to consumer protection, digital-service conformity, defective performance or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Language Success Institute is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on AI-generated coaching recommendations, professional decisions made by users, third-party service interruptions or use outside the Service's intended purpose.

Any limitation remains subject to mandatory consumer law.

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, business, security or product changes.

The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.

Material changes affecting existing paid users will be communicated where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If the user is a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights concerning competent courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms.
